1. Our product represents those who suffer from mental helaths issue like depression, escpacially athletes. Athletes, like everyone else, can experience mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and other conditions. However, athletes often face unique stressors such as intense training regimes, high-pressure competitions, and injuries that can take a toll on their mental health. Our film represents mental health in athletes could depict the experiences and struggles of athletes dealing with mental health issues. It shows how these athletes may feel isolated, stigmatized, or misunderstood by their teammates, coaches, and fans. The film could also highlight the importance of seeking help and support, both from mental health professionals and from trusted friends and family members. Another way to represent mental health in athletes is to show the stigma surrounding mental health issues in sports. Many athletes feel that they need to be strong and resilient at all times and may be hesitant to seek help for mental health issues. Addressing this stigma can help encourage athletes to prioritize their mental health and seek support when needed. Finally, it's important to represent the process of seeking help and recovery from mental health issues in athletes. This can involve showing the various resources available to athletes, such as mental health professionals, support groups, and self-care strategies. By portraying the journey to recovery, films can help normalize the process of seeking help for mental health issues in athletes. Overall, representing mental health in athletes in film can help raise awareness about the importance of mental health in sports and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health issues. 2. Branding is the process of creating a unique image and identity for a product, service, or organization in the minds of consumers. In a production, the elements that work together to create a sense of branding can include: Visuals: This includes everything from the color scheme and typography to the logo and overall design aesthetic of the production. Consistent visuals can help create a strong brand identity that is easily recognizable and memorable. Audio: The use of music, sound effects, and voiceover can also contribute to the branding of a production. For example, a consistent audio theme or jingle can help create a strong brand association. In our short film i used one song in the begining then again in the end. Tone and messaging: The tone and messaging of a production can also contribute to its branding. For example, if a production consistently delivers a message of innovation and cutting-edge technology, this can become a key element of its branding. Characters and storytelling: If the production includes characters or a storyline, these elements can also contribute to branding. For example, a relatable and likable character can become a key part of the brand identity. By carefully crafting and integrating these elements, a production can create a cohesive and memorable brand identity that helps it stand out in the marketplace. Consistency across all these elements is key to creating a strong brand identity that resonates with audiences and inspires loyalty. 3. My product engages with the audience through an enteratining film and interactive promotion. To promote our film we used social media and a website. These tactics bring our short film into the 21st century and help reach a broader scope of consumers. Apps like tik tok can help target a younger audience where a lot of teenagers spend a lot of their time. instagram is very popular with middle aged indiviuals and face book is popular with the older population. Becuase we give consumers the option to view and interact with my film i am engagng the audience in new ways. The film itself is made to enterain audiences. The whole goal is to make the most engaing film possible. This is achieved through audio and visuals. INtersting camera angles like a dutch tilt that break convention to capture the audiences attention. As well as using the same song throughout the movie that creates a "jingle" that the audience can associate with my film. 4. Research is a critical part of the product development process, as it helps to identify customer needs, market trends, and technological innovations that can inform the design and functionality of a product. Through research, designers and developers can gain a deeper understanding of the user experience and find ways to create products that are more intuitive, efficient, and effective. Research can also inform the way that products use or challenge conventions. By studying existing products and market trends, designers can identify conventions that are commonly used in a particular industry or product category. They can then decide whether to follow these conventions or challenge them in order to create a more unique and innovative product. For example, i researched conventions commonly used in dramatic films and sports films to see how to create the most engaging film possible. I used many of the conventions like the upbeat dramatic music, editing techniques, and using social media to promote my film. The ending of our film is very textbook when it comes to sports film. A happy ending where the player gets healthy again. However in my film you never see him play again, this leaves the consumer up to interpreation. Without researcching my genre i might not have been able to structure my film this way. Overall, research plays a critical role in product development, from informing the design and functionality of products to shaping their marketing and branding strategies. By staying informed and up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in their industry, designers and developers can create products that are not only functional and efficient, but also innovative and exciting.
