More filming.

The next scene we are filming is the one where trevor gets ingured. For this scene we did not need every member of our group. Only trevor and Ely. WE also needed some one to play quarter back. So i called my friend seba. He was perfect for the job. This scene did not take long to film. It consisted of trevor doing drills. Runnign routes. ANd getting hurt. Unlike some of the other scenes which dont contain many clips. This scene has many clips that are edited together. That means it is hard to see how the scene will flow untill after editing. I can still however, try my best. This scene is supposed to be fast passed. That means music and editing will set the pace. I beleive that a bunch of differnt angles switching baack and forth will make the scene feel faster. This scene has so may clips and it took many tries to get right. I think after editing this could be one of the coolest scenes in the movie. I am very happy with how it is turing out.

The film I chose to research was the last 3 minutes. This short film takes you through a tear-jerking flashback of a man's dying life. The short film the previous 3 minutes differs from our drama because in the last 3 minutes it displays a life drama meanwhile in our movie we display a sports drama. 1. How many titles are displayed during the opening sequences to the film? Which ones? -In the opening sequence of the film there are 3 different titles that appear. It begins with the studio the movie is presented by, then a black screen with red letters “NETFLIX and FOX 2000 PICTURES present”, and then the title of the movie appears over the film in red. 2. What connotations do the images carry? -The connotations of the title images carry are mysterious, chilling, and bold. 3. How is genre reinforced through symbolic and technical codes from the outset? -The genre is reinforced though the title by the emphasis on the words as well as the color. The boldness of the word makes them stand out and the red color adds to the thrilling feel. There is also mysterious music being played. 4. Genre decision

My group decided to go with the thriller genre. This was for many reasons. One of which being that we enjoy this genre the most. It is very importatn that you enjoy what oyu are creating so that the product can be as authentic as possible. Another reason was that it is harder to devolop a plot line , or the begining of one, in just two minutes in a genre like comedy or drama, which will gnerally have a longer exposition. We believe that choosing the thriller genre will increase our intrest in the project, henceforth leading to a better overall result. We already have many ideas in mind. Incuding where we will shoot it. The music we will use. And even how we will edit it. Choosing the thriller blog we can do all the things we want to.
